The Lawrence Public Library came to Philsquare because they needed a new online presence that emphasized its various blogs, age-specific content and social media use. The design was based on the mostly new logo which reflects the organization's role as the community spot.
The feature of ARC’s new website is speed. The Philsquare team was able to complete this site in under 8 hours. We already had brand guidelines (as seen in the company video) and we were able to deliver a clean, simple design with just one page, as the client requested.
Now that we've launched our new website, we want to make sure we highlight the logo we had created for us last year. It now has a new color, based on our new branding, but it's the white space that we love the most.
During the logo development, Phil worked with Tom Avery, a great designer in Kansas City. There were a few design elements Phil wanted in the logo that Tom incorporated beautifully.
