One of the libraries that contacted us after the release of Lawrence’s website was the Leavenworth (Kansas) Public Library. Director Kim Baker and staff needed a fresh way to organize and control their content so patrons could easily access information.
The Philsquare team developed a new logo and website for Happy Joy Acres, an RV and camping destination on Perry Lake in Lawrence, Kansas.
The Handbuilt Productions website features clean design, bold fonts and focuses on its great videos.
The KU Alumni Association needed a website to better communicate with prospective and current alumni. A beautiful home page allows staff to share their gorgeous magazine and the colorful (and fun!) school mascot. A new membership page allows prospective members, of all ages, to discover the perks of joining. Alumni Association staff members are easily able to create posts and news events.
Wakarusa Brewery's website is a one-page design that will allow for flexibility as John and James renovate, develop and open their brewery and pub. It also educates visitors on the types of beer and mead they plan to brew. The website design incorporates great fonts, custom graphics and parallax for a fun scrolling experience.
The Cider Gallery & Events website features beautiful artwork, the centerpiece to this refurbished building's gallery and event space. Modern fonts and easy content management helps this site stay relevent for those looking for a space to play (in the amazing event space) or work (in great office space).
This writeup started as a short description for our portfolio page but because of the vast number of really cool features on The Granada’s site I wanted to brag about, I just couldn’t stop writing. So I decided to turn it into a blog post. The Philsquare team is incredibly proud of this site and is very excited to have had the chance to work with such an iconic Lawrence venue. Coming soon: Look for a screencast showing some of the behind the scenes of The Granada’s new website and a bit more explanation on the development of some of the site’s features.
The Lawrence Public Library came to Philsquare because they needed a new online presence that emphasized its various blogs, age-specific content and social media use. The design was based on the mostly new logo which reflects the organization's role as the community spot.
