Last month, the Philsquare team launched a new website for the Kansas Head Start Association. The website provides service information for counties across the state of Kansas. The website connects students, parents, educators and those advocating for Kansas Head Start.
The goal of the site's redesign was to better promote and feature programs and resources KHSA provides. The staff also needed the ability to update the content of the site to better reflect the information vital to its stakeholders, including those who help advocate for the program.
Overall, the design is clean and well organized, taking the colors from the logo (red and blue) and incorporating them throughout the website in an elegant way. The website is informative and organized to help visitors find what they need but also, through color and font, helps convey a kid-friendly mood. KHSA has amazing photographs and graphics that work great in custom sliders and really allow the changing content to shine.
